Before joining Tola Events in 2018, Rachel built a multifaceted foundation in event production—working with a creative agency in Detroit on design-led experiences that supported local artists and small businesses, while also planning philanthropic events and assisting with boutique weddings.
These diverse early experiences led her to her current role, where she has produced a wide range of events—from immersive installations featured in Vogue to high-impact fundraisers for nonprofit organizations, often coordinating with 40+ vendors to bring each vision to life.
As an event producer, Rachel partners closely with her clients from start to finish, taking the time to truly understand their goals and values. This collaborative approach ensures every event is not only beautifully executed but deeply personal and thoughtfully designed.
